As we all prepare for the severe weather system expected on the weekend, Flow takes this opportunity to remind you to be safe and secure.

Our dedicated staff has been mobilized to quickly respond if our network is affected by the adverse weather conditions. We understand the importance of our service to your communication needs and we are taking all the steps necessary to keep you connected.

We have mobilized our restoration teams across the island that are ready to promptly respond to any network interruption.

We have also simulated all worst-case scenarios and we have trained personnel with specific responsibilities for each development.

Further, if there is service interruption, there are redundancies built into the network to minimize loss of service.

Flow is reminding customers not to cut fallen cables that may be lying along roadways. Instead, the company is asking that all such occurrences be reported to its Local Incident Management Team at 1-800-804-2994 or by dialing 100 from your Flow mobile or landline phone. A crew will be dispatched to carryout repairs as soon as it is safe to do so.

We encourage you to take this time to finalize your personal preparations. Ensure that the batteries for both your mobile handsets and your cordless fixed lined phones are always fully charged and emergency numbers should be programmed in memory for fast dialing if necessary.

It is also a good idea to invest in a reliable power bank for your devices.
