The promotional code must be used in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of use of the Uber application. Uber reserves the right to: (i) not apply the discount when fraudulent conduct is evidenced or that affects the proper functioning of the promotion; (ii) exclude from the promotion the User who, at Uber's discretion, engages in fraudulent conduct or that affects the proper functioning of the promotion; (iii) modify or terminate the promotion early, which will be informed to Users by the means defined by Uber for this purpose.
