Members must maintain some level of activity every 12 months in order for their account to remain active. The minimum level of activity is an account login.
If there is no activity within the next 30 days, we will close your account.
To maintain your InboxDollars account and preserve your rewards, simply login to your account. | | | | | | | *Accounts without a login, earning activity or redemption activity for more than 12 months are deemed inactive and are subsequently closed. The rewards balance from closed accounts is reversed.
