The royal family is in crisis! Yes, that's an evergreen statement—but it’s especially true this week, thanks to a new book by Charles Spencer called Swan Song: Diana, My Sister. As the title and his surname imply, Spencer is the late Princess Diana’s brother. His memoir, released Tuesday, is filled with anecdotes designed to get the aristocracy clutching their pearls—like the explosive allegation that a young Diana literally pushed her stepmother down the stairs.
