Uber takes your safety seriously – see the updates in the app

At Uber, our focus is to develop new technologies and discover ways to keep our community even safer.

We have updated the Safety menu in our app, so you can inform us of any problem with ease.

To report a safety incident or an accident, follow these steps:

- In the app menu, tap "Help"
- Then, tap the "Trips issues and refunds" option
- Select the lease in which the problem occurred
- Tap "Report safety problem"
- Select the option that best corresponds to the situation
- Fill in the required information

In addition, our new menu also includes an FAQ section; "Safety Information". There, you can learn more about the safety features in the app and the COVID-19 prevention measures we adopt.

Remember: reporting safety incidents during the use of the app is a way to protect our entire community. With the changes in the app, this has become easier.
